WISH TO RETURN ONE OR MORE ITEMS?

1. Download your return form

Please kindly download your return form here.

 

2. Prepare the package

Pack the item(s) carefully and enclose the complete return slip. Place the printed label on the parcel. Make sure it is clearly visible and that address and barcodes are not covered. 

Please note: If you have several returns, these should be sent separately as refunds cannot be combined.

Turkey located customer returns should be return under Surat Kargo 1335346983

International orders can be sent with any cargo company by the customer. Return and exchange shipping fees for orders belongs to the customer.

 

3. Return your package

Dudino Customer Service Team is going to arrange the most easiest  collecting point and send it to the address provided on the printed label. You will not have to pay postage for this parcel. Remember to obtain and keep a receipt for the return of the parcel.

 

Please note: Once received, the articles may only be handled in such a way as to allow the nature, features, and function of such articles to be demonstrated. Among other things, this means that hangtags on clothing must not be removed.

Please include your name, address, and order number on the return package as the sender information.

Please note we do not accept parcels sent as cash on delivery.

 

EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange your return for other products. However, you can return your order, and we will refund your purchase, so you can make a new order on dudino.com.

Products bought on sale or by using discount codes can only be reordered with the same price if the offers are still available online.

If the price of your ordered item(s) is reduced within 24 hours after you have placed your order, we will refund you the difference. In this case, please contact our Customer Service providing your order number.
 

REFUNDS
Once your return has been registered in our warehouse, we will process your return and refund your money as quickly as possible. Please note that it can take up to 14 days from the time we receive your package until your money is refunded to your account.

The refunded amount will always be transferred to the same payment card used for the purchase. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed. How long it takes for your account to be credited depends on your bank and what payment method you used when ordering.

 

PLEASE NOTE:
You may receive a partial refund or even no refund at all. This happens in cases where the value of the goods has deteriorated, such as:

  • you have actually used the item
  • the product has picked up an odour such as perfume or smoke, or shows some other sign of use/wear 
  • it was damaged while you were responsible for it
  • you have handled the goods in a way that was more than necessary for evaluating the quality, features and function
  • you have failed to follow the limitations on the right to change your mind in regards to the seals, product, etc.
  • the product seal or packaging is missing or damaged to such an extent that it affects the value of the product. Packaging for clothing may be opened.

 

COMPLAINTS

If you have made your purchase at dudino.com, you can receive a refund if the complaint is upheld. You can submit a complaint by sending an email to our customer service. 

Depending on the situation, you may then receive further instructions.


If you have made your purchase with one of our retailers, please contact them. The retailer will then process the complaint in accordance with their complaints policy. Unfortunately, we cannot process complaints about products purchased from retailers other than dudino.com.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If you have received damaged goods, please use the same procedure as described above for complaints.

 

INCORRECT GOODS 

In the case you have received either incorrect goods or the incorrect size of what you ordered, please contact our customer service, and return the items. Unfortunately, we cannot resend the original order. Instead, we will refund your money and you can place your order again.
